Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This policy covers CADI (“CADI,” “we,” “us”) — the web application real estate agents use to manage their pipeline and prepare for showings, and this marketing site. It explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
If you are a real estate agent’s client and your information appears in CADI, it was entered by your agent to manage their own business records. Your agent is the one to contact first about that data — see “If you are a client of a CADI user” below.
Information we collect
Your account. Name, email, phone number, and password, used to create and secure your CADI account.
Client records you create. Whatever you choose to enter about the clients you work with — contact details, budget, timeline, preferences, notes, and the outcome of showings you debrief. This is your data about your business; we store it so the product can use it, we don’t collect it independently.
Listings you work with. Property details you enter or that CADI extracts from a link, pasted text, or a screenshot you provide, so the Showing Playbook can be generated. Listing photos are analyzed to generate a Playbook and are not kept afterward.
Usage information. Basic technical data (device, browser, general usage of features) to keep the product working and to know what to improve.
How we use it
- To run the features you use directly: ranking your pipeline, generating a Showing Playbook, drafting a follow-up message, or summarizing a client.
- Generating a Playbook, a follow-up draft, or a written summary sends the relevant client and listing details to our AI providers (see below) so they can produce that output. We do not use your data to train our own models, and our AI providers do not use API data submitted through CADI to train theirs, consistent with their standard commercial API terms.
- Market context (e.g. local price trends) is drawn from CREA’s published MLS® Home Price Index, a public dataset with no personal information in it.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and communicate with you about your account.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the providers that run the service on our behalf:
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
- Vercel — hosts the application and routes AI requests through its AI Gateway.
- Anthropic and OpenAI — process the client and listing details in a request to generate that specific Playbook, follow-up, or summary.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CADI, our users, or others.
Where data is processed
Our infrastructure providers may process and store data outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using CADI, you acknowledge that your information, and the client information you enter, may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every client record is scoped to your account with row-level access controls, so one agent’s pipeline is never visible to another’s. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute protection against every possible breach.
Your rights and controls
From your account’s Settings page, you can:
- Export your data at any time.
- Delete your account and its associated data permanently, with an explicit confirmation step.
You can also reach us directly at privacy@getcadi.ca for any request about your data that isn’t covered by those tools.
If you are a client of a CADI user
Your real estate agent uses CADI to manage their own client relationships and enters information about you as part of that work. CADI acts on the agent’s instructions with respect to that data. If you have a question or a request about information an agent has entered about you, please contact that agent directly first — they control that record.
Cookies
CADI uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
