Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CADI, the web application and this website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What CADI is

CADI helps real estate agents organize their client pipeline and prepare for showings, including AI-generated visit briefs, follow-up drafts, and client summaries. CADI is a Progressive Web App: there is no App Store or Google Play listing, and it is installed by adding it to your device’s home screen from your browser.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. The data you put into CADI

You’re responsible for the client and listing information you enter into CADI, and for having the right to enter and process it — including meeting your own obligations to your clients under applicable privacy law. You retain ownership of your own business records; we process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Showing Playbooks, follow-up drafts, and client summaries are generated by AI models based on the information you provide. They are a starting point for your own judgment, not professional, legal, financial, or market advice, and we do not guarantee they are accurate or complete. Review anything CADI drafts before you act on it or send it to a client. CADI never sends a message to a client on its own — every draft is reviewed and sent by you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to enter information you don’t have the right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Circumvent or abuse the usage allowances described in the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.

6. Plans, allowances, and billing

CADI offers a Free plan and a Pro plan, described on our Pricing page, each with its own monthly usage allowances. We may change plan pricing or allowances going forward; changes won’t apply retroactively to a billing period you’ve already paid for. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time.

7. Intellectual property

CADI, its branding, and its underlying software are our property. You keep ownership of the client and listing content you put into the Service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
